Stonekettle @Stonekettle

I have three large screens on my desk, one is currently showing Mastodon, one is showing Tweetdeck, and one is Facebook split between my personal page and the Stonekettle Station group page.

I'm literally looking at the interactions of more than a quarter million people in realtime.

And I'm casting news to the big screen on my office wall.

All of this takes a quad-core 64GB MSI gaming computer to run

It occurs to me that I might have a problem

You know what I'm saying.

Exactly.

I need another screen!

@GottaLaff Hey now. I don't need you saying things like that.

I already got a wife.

@GottaLaff Oh man. This is going to get expensive.

@Stonekettle lol! Hey, is there a way to quote over a tweet? I wanted to do that with yours.

@GottaLaff Um, I think so. But I'll be damned if I can figure it out.

@Stonekettle I'm on 2X 26" Widescreens for work, and I constantly tell myself I need more screen room.

@Stonekettle I was just thinking I need to upgrade to dual monitors in my home workspace. Most of the time I just tab, but when doing financials, multi screen would be very useful.

@Stonekettle A hardware problem, yes? I'm here because you are, and all on a 17" MacBook. Suck it up already. LOL

@Stonekettle Problem? What problem? Seems pretty normal to me 😁

@Stonekettle Or you might be a movie in the making.

@Stonekettle you do indeed, I can do all that shit on a laptop from 2005.

@Stonekettle

this sounds more like a solution

and I am ecstatic to see you around here ^_^ welcome!

@Stonekettle let's be honest, Jim, that can't be the first time that has occurred to you! I'm just happy to follow you on multiple platforms. Your problem is keeping me sane these days (or at least my approximation of sane!) Mahalo for being a bright spot.

@Stonekettle You should probably have a screen with a world map sketched out in green and black too, with flashing lights. It seems to be a required bit of decor for the room you're describing.
