I survived my 1st law school appellate oral argument. I didn't know it as well as I should have, or as well as I will for the final, but I did it. Moot Court competition? Maybe.
Now, back to writing the rest of the brief.
@Srtolar Congratulations.
If it's a comfort, I missed out an entire section of my argument in my first assessment at law school and went on to do a job where people paid me to travel the length of the country to argue cases. So, the first one isn't indicative.
@DaveHiggins It is. Thank you. My classmates told me I appeared poised and professional. And I kept my poker face.
I will be better prepared for the final argument.
