@PresGas most pronouns don't really have a recognizable etymology beyond just being permutations on existing ones. she -> sie -> ze; his/her -> hir -> zir, etc
@morganastra I oftentimes think about just adopting a gender-neutral "catch all" for unsure situations, and getting the etymology has been important to me when I think on this. So it is really nice to see a site cataloging all the options out there.
