wie kann ich denn jemand anderem folgen, der eine andere Instanz nutzt?

@Nicole_Ce @musicog klappt bei mir auch nur, wenn ich im Browser die Profile öffne. Teilweise gibt es noch Fehler beim Öffnen von Profilen auf anderen Instanzen (Mastodon und GNU social).
