`ffmpeg -loop 1 -i <image> -i <audio> -shortest <output name>.mp4`

or, like, that's what i do on my laptop, anyway. this does tend to reencode mp3's into aac codec sometimes but honestly i've never cared that much about that. 🤷

uh. you can definitely also do this from termux, without ads. install termux and then do "pkg install ffmpeg" to get the required things.
