I always thought fiction writing the author got and idea, got some publisher to give it the nod and off they went.
I never thought there were help wanted advertising for fiction writing. This is from my exactly zero knowledge on how any publishing works.
@smallsees typically it would be the former, but this is for a game company looking to add some to help tell a story to some rules.
