Looking for books to work through with oldest son to learn #Javascript. Mostly looking for exercises, since I can explain stuff.
Came across this in a review on Amazon: "in order to understand JavaScript well, you need to on some level be able to think like a programmer". Not bagging on reviewer - I think he's actually hit on something there. Want to learn a straight-forward, logical language? Pick Basic, Python, or even C/C++. Want a language where you really have to bend your way of thinking? Pick Javascript!
