Well the driver had a TON to say about the "state of Ukrainian mail-order brides", specifically how these girls get upset when they're "chosen" (aka bought online to get married) and then their "masters" (so messed up, but aka the men who put them up for sale) don't take down their profile. So while they're planning a new American life, engaged, applying for VISAs, etc., other men are still sending them letters and makes these girls/women "upset"
