So my partner is forever worried about my mental health issues - but I don't have the vocabulary to talk about them just yet. And when I feel bad, I'm not exactly in the mood to parse feelings.
I've been thinking about giving her a little notebook with cartoons that explain how it feels in my head at those times, to help her understand. But it's not exactly the most feel-good kind of gift. Do y'all think it's a good idea, or a terrible one? I'm drunk, so really, wiser minds should prevail
@DialMforMara ooh. That's a good way of looking at it. I was worried about it being g such a wet-blankety kind of thing - "hi! I have a gift for you! It will make you feel bad/sorry for me/worried. You're welcome!" but I suppose it is better than unformed shut-out worrying.
Tomorrow. When sobriety hits.
