Naked owner and usufructuary!
I'm enjoying this section of property law. Besides, usufruct is a fun word to say ๐
@Srtolar Usufruct is exquisite both in concept and sound.
Where stand ye on "fungible" or "outsucken multure"?
@DaveHiggins One of my classmates is afraid to say usufruct in class. She's worried about skipping the "r".
I encountered "fungible" in Obligations class. My mouth likes the shape of it. I am unfamiliar with "outsucken multure". To the Google!
@Srtolar I can see her concern.
Outsucken multure has sadly fallen from the heart of legal discourse since we abandoned feudal tenure.
As someone who likes the taste of words, are you intending to seek a career filled with advocacy?
@Srtolar Advocacy without the guilt of risking a real client's interests was always my favourite type. ๐
Moot is another of those shapely words, like the cry of some strange animal echoing between mist-clad trees.
@Srtolar Well, clearly we all want to win.
Otherwise we'd be doing something where there are no winners, like mime.
@DaveHiggins I do hope that I win "Mr. Grifo's" case even though he's fictional. ๐
