Is there anybody can tell me whether this community can be blocked by government.?
And is it an anonymous community?
@extinctionratio each instance can be blocked as easily/hardly as any website. but a government would have to block many of them, so it's a bit less practical.
it's not "very" anonymous, your current IP address is logged in a few places and of course I'm not very anonymous and wouldn't resist much to threats by the french government. you could use tor or a vpn to access it though, it's not forbidden and i won't ask for your phone number. (but the community has rules you should know & follow)
