You ever go to your therapist/psychiatrist/whatever and wonder why they always ask you that same question immediately after spilling your guts about so much irrelevant crap?

I’m not so sure our problems arise from or carry about where we tend to detach from our emotions. In fact, I’m pretty sure our problems come from the idea of a problem, and how we perceive and apply meaning to it.
