Back in high school (1997) I was in band called Ruby Hsiu (pronounced like "shoe") and we made some loud music. Lots of loud music, in my basement. We recorded two albums and a 3-song EP just before I left for college. This is one of them. Enjoy!

I was lucky to have a brother who recorded every album. Now he's a professional audio engineer who runs his own studio out in CA. I don't even think we used much computer-wise back then. Mostly rented audio equipment learning as we went along. Memories.....

@sato1108ss The only music I've done since is... traveling DJ at major festivals and private parties, then creating my own beats using just my cell phone which you can hear on the Soundcloud channel.

I always keep learning and striving for new sounds 😉

@tcql @LeoKnepper Thx and yes, we were all in the same grade. Independently we all studied music and took it very seriously. We played all over the east coast and with a ton of pre-before-famous bands. Good times! 😊

@Averly @tcql that’s amazing. Most of the high school bands I experienced sounded more like several cats in a room full of rocking chairs.
