SynthAttack - Club Attack:
How Many Grey Dots
I've enjoyed Katabatik's industrial-tinged electronica and this latest release is no exception. ½ of POLAR has shuffled off their mortal coil, but the label is intent on posthumously (re-)releasing their work. Self-referentially, they called themselves astral dub. There is certainly a slow, surreal feel to it all, a bit dark and noisy, almost cyberpunky.

i forgot to mention a #trans artist i simply adore, the prolific Angel Marcloid. she's been mostly producing #experimental #music and #noise for some time, but in 2015 she came out with something totally off the hook: Fire-Toolz. it's like #plunderphonic #industrial #soundcollage mixing with bits of #metal and #vaporwave and who knows what else. i don't know how to describe it except weird. and awesome.
