So, we are f*cked
And if anyone thinks I should be on meds, with professional help, I'm already.
And if anybody is going to say I'm suicidal, I'm not. I just can't find much to enjoy. I keep living because some day I will die, and everything will be better. I will win at the end.
I've been thinking about life and how it doesn't works. It's far more pain than pleasure. I don't care if it doesn't have sense, it's a matter of simple maths: pleasure - pain << 0
Argentina in crisis Show more
It's been like this for some months, and going down for years.
One of the ways it shows is by what I've been able to buy. First I went on vacation. Then, well, I could do that maybe nearer, but I can go out to dinner often. Now I can go out and have a coffee and buy some candies once in a while.
But I find it funny. The news is saying that everything is on fire, but I'm happy to have some food, friends and family. And internet. And psychology, but that's it..
Nabokov's Lolita, child rape Show more
I have just read part of a disturbing paper about Lolita and Ada Veen in Nabokov's books. I don't know if I remember Lolita correctly, but the paper said that she seduced him, and that he was the "villain" (with those quotes, as if it were not true).
I couldn't keep reading it.
Lolita is a literature masterpiece. It denounces child rape. It doesn't encourages it.

I'm Samuel and currently 17 years old. I'm from Austria and I do IT and web development stuff at school and in my free time. I'm also very keen and active around topics like feminism, LGBTQ, antifascism and antiracism. I love listening to punk rock, but also genres like reggae. I'm used to he/him pronouns, but you can use pretty much any if you'd like. (In doubt, they/them are awesome.) #introductions
