I'm Kevin. Paid computer jockey. Currently herding variety of *nix systems. Not religious about OS, but Wintendos are not my thing.

Ex-USAF, Kinsey 2-3, agnostic pagan (Zen leanings), voracious F/SF/Neuroscicnce bookworm, inveterate (tabletop, pc/console) gamer [yes I nethack, do you?].

Slow starter socially, but once I get ramped-up, I'm just too much. :p

Another mucker in Texas. We in America are living the prequel to Stand on Zanzibar. Fucking largely preventable tragedy. Domestic terrorism at its finest.

Dist-Upgraded the home server from Debian 8 (Jessie) to 9.1 (stretch), & for the first time didn't break anything for longer than a couple minutes. Good on them.

But hit a missing dependency snag, and ldd tracing solved it. Time to file a bug report.
