I am so sick of people writing about #openAccess and #FLOSS and #FAIR behind #paywalls (no green OA copy of this either...)

I get *so much joy* from all the Taguette emails that we get, even if it's to report a bug. People always start with a thank you, which is so great and important, especially for @remram44 to hear as the main dev who does not do qual (but is making a thing qual researchers need!). No more thankless #floss!

Ok #fediverse, I need you help finding a free/libre open source (#floss) tool that works on #Windows + #Ubuntu (or can be installed on a server) that does the following:

* Hand written notes
* Typed notes
* Import & handwrite over images
* Import & highlight & handwrite over PDFs/text docs

I want basically a FLOSS equivalent of Microsoft OneNote for when I start grad school in the fall.
