Tl;dr :
- Un réseau social que nous maîtrisons et qui n’appartient ni à une entreprise, ni à un état.
- Un vecteur de confiance pour notre lectorat qui ne dépend pas d’un tiers.
- Une communauté de lectrices et de lecteurs qui partagent des valeurs qui se retrouvent dans l’ADN de Mastodon.

500 chars is really wide it's nice to be able to put more than a few words in a toot.
http://distill.pub/2017/momentum/ was a really nice read, but oh gosh how heavy this webpage is...
Apart from that, really loved seeing the comparison of gradient descent momentum with physical momentum, and using that to deduce a way to reduce oscillations.
Mastodon looks really nice, anyone here discussing computer vision/graphics, ML?
