Learned some new techniques for transferring gasoline from car to car, too, so that's a positive.

Saint of Killers is so wicked, so easy to write, I fear that Rogen might grab from that bag too readily, instead of playing up the "Debauched American Adventure" angle (which I like more), but we'll see. I trust Seth so far!

I have an infinite bottle of #beer . It started with a little sourdough beer recipe, and I decided to just treat the beer itself like starter.

After I drink it, I put more sugar water into the bottle and let the yeast have at it again for about 5-10 days. Seems to work out, but next time I'll see if I can transfer the mother to a different sanitized bottle before refilling with sugar water.

No knead beer bread accomplished. I used quick-rise yeast.

This is so much weirder than #sourdough IMO. It's wet like sourdough, but almost gelatinous after fermenting. I tried not to knead it much at all, but ended up doing a few pull and folds because the flour wasn't completely mixed.

Anyhoo, the crust will *get brown quick!* It will burn much faster than a sourdough equal; I got pretty scared seeing it darken so quick and yanked it out at 200°.

Way faster than SD, yet decent!

A fun install of OpenElec on the #rpi3 consumed my day, but what a glorious thing it is.

I think #OpenElec comes with a kernel driver for using an IR sensor through the GPIO; maybe I'll google a bit cuz it'd be sweet to hack up an old remote with it (unlike the BBB whose timing jitter just snorted at my attempts).
