So not a lot of beer, but manageable for an experiment. I put 1/2 teaspoon of sugar in there to give it a boost.
Not getting my hopes up, but this Malta Goya smells like Guinness (!). I scooped a bit of the dredge with my finger and tasted. It was not bad! Like a stout with a LOT of sour salt in it. this might turn out interesting...
