Just installed Tusky on Android. Put in octodon.social, and clicked Login With Mastodon. Told "The app could not obtain authentication from that server instance." Way to make this work?
Yeah, the federation situation is going to be an... Interesting thing to try and sell the average JQ Public on. Then again, even if this thing manages to take off just well enough to be a continuous niche market for power users, that'll be one more niche market than any previous attempt at open social generated. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
