Yesterday I mixed up a jar of spices including 3 tbp of black pepper / paprika and chilli flakes. Put the lid on, shook it, realised I hadn't put the lid on properly. Spent the next hour sneezing.

On the plus side, my sinus's are now lovely and clear.
@tisch I make fermented hot sauces and over the years have stuck my face down to sniff the ground chilis, just to be sure they were sufficiently scoville-ready.
Over the years I have regretted for not minutes, not hours, but days for doing that sniffing . Just did the same thing Tuesday. I need a hashtag other than #liveandlearn I guess.

This was a mix for italian sausage because a friend who lived in the USA hankers for it. He likes it spicy and so ...extra chilli plus cayenne etc etc.
