Been a long and strange couple of weeks out there in the real world. So i've been neglecting my online life.
Turkey meatballs with morroccan spices and a potato, spinach and mushroom curry. Surprisingly good. I'll be currying turkey balls again
Date and pecan loaf being made right now and the flat smells amazing.
Just made a massive pot of leek and potato soup. Portion control continues to be an enigma to me. There's enough to bathe in should that float your boat.

Friend of mine had a bad fall abroad and is being medivaced home in a chopper. I'm sort of jealous. I've always wanted a ride in one of them although possibly minus the shattered ankle
