Aaaaand, here's the fully textured version, with slight smile: #Oswald #EchoesOfDawn https://octodon.social/media/TsRy5_rTA61dzZG0HxU
I'm seeing complaints about Mastodon growing, and how it should stay small and safe. Instead of trying to limit Mastodon's growth, just make a safe/private/ whatever instance and don't federate. Mastodon gives you the tools. Go do that. If you feel that you have to share space with nazis, you're on the wrong instance.
Since GDPR, everywhere on the internet : "We value your privacy"
... Subtext: "It's worth 15 to 20$. Please give it to us. Please."
Coming back to Mastodon like "Hey, nice community, what have you been up to?". Seeing at the top of my TL the creator of the software getting shit about a new feature because people on the internet are likely to abuse other people. Then giving him shit because responding to mean comments is perceived as abuse. Cm'on.
Amber Heard's halo headdress for the Met Gala was made from zip ties. Love it! http://www.thisisinsider.com/amber-heard-met-gala-headband-zip-ties-2018-5
I hope fashion halos become a thing.
I just realized pride is happening again soon and I DESPERATELY WANT to make another something like this for it
Yes I'm making fun of the Naruto games and their never ending titles. "Naruto shippuden ultimate ninja storm trilogy" is not yet too long for a tweet, but the next edition might be. Thanks god Mastodon is more permissive.
If I'm a code ninja, my recent refactoring of the latest project I'm working on is the freaking ultimate ninja storm deluxe trilogy remastered VIP edition.
PS: #Sundered is a brutal action-RPG with crunchy Lovecraftian goodness and a female POC as its protagonist.
Unfortunately, Eshe doesn't get to actually say anything. There are situations where she ought to be able to say, "Oh, shit."
Like this...
Oh it does look like I came after the storm: AssemblyFour obviously found a solution. Good!
Hum, I've read online that #Switter has been shut down by cloudflare, but I can still access the main page... Has it moved to another provider? Or is it just banned from the US in some way?
Lovely excerpts from GNU books
#Rust , my feelings so far:
Pros:
- Unit tests and documentation built-in
- Compiled language with modern and productive "script language" tooling
- Compiles to wasm easily
- NullRef does not exist even though pointers do.
Cons:
- Borrowing rules and references difficult to grasp
- Combining matching with those require way too much thought and die-and-retries.
- It feels like macros are there to compensate dumb repetitive code and the lack of specialization
Me after finding yet another portion of dead code that pretends to be useful in this other developer's project
are you REALLY an artist if you havent EATEN a CRAYON
By the way I HIGHLY recommend #Celeste. It needs to be on your shelf for its challenging yet simple-to-grasp gameplay, its marvelous music, its very relatable characters and its wonderful subtext. This is my 2018 best game so far.
I just love listening to the #Celeste soundtrack so much : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xERAwiFleJQ
This is the post anxiety level where Madeline regains trust in herself. The music is so empowering, yet so soothing.
