I'm setting up the PS4 Dev kit now to port Samurai Riot to the platform. It's a huge block of metal with protruding rivets. Except for the PlayStation logo on top, it looks more like a 1st gen VHS player than a current-gen game console.

Toxic behavior DOES exit within the Federverse.

HOWEVER

Because each instance is it's own 'dumpster'... fires tend to be contained and are vastly more manageable.

We also have a LOT OF GOOD ADMINS who work to ensure any dumpster fires are contained.

If you find your instance is a bit of a dumpster fire head over to https://instances.social and nose around. The are a *LOT* of well moderated instances across a range of topics.

With the recent data scandals and the following realization by the public that a few companies have access to basically all our virtual identities, I feel like it would be time for Mozilla to re-launch their O-auth "sign in with Persona" feature. All we have now are facebook and google connect, sometimes birdsite. On tech stuff, github.
