Heeeey Octodon! I need your suggestions for D&D background music, specifically for battles.
Preferably no lyrics, and not too much SUDDEN DRAMATIC LOUDNESS out of nowhere, as I find both distracting.
@thindol I'm rather fond of this battle theme from FFXV. Keeps a relatively steady volume. It's got a driven, suspenseful sound and for me it was always kind of low key so I consciously only noticed it some of the time.
@thindol I am so sad I missed this the first time over. I really recommend searching through ambient-mixer.com or making your own mixes if you have the time/inclination. There are mixes on YouTube but you can't customize them.
