I'm so tired of this. I struggled so hard. Most of the people I know struggled so hard.
then we get in and find out, really, it's not THAT selective. There's NO REASON to have all these piles of barriers.
@pnathan I find it funny when the job description says "X years in $NEW_PROGRAMMING_LANGUAGE" where $NEW_PROGRAMMING_LANGUAGE existed for less than X years
