i kinda wish i could just completely erase myself from reality. nobody would feel sad that i’m gone, hell, they wouldn’t even know the difference of a world without me. honestly it wouldn’t surprise me if that world was better that way

oh and if you’re just starting out with no work experience it’s pretty much impossible to get into the field. you’re better off just looking for something onsite, and if you live in a rural area then you’re just kinda screwed

@taiz on top of that everyone expects to get a 10 years of experience developer with a BA in CS. and trust me, if someone actually has the credentials for that, they’re not going to be scourging freelancing boards to make ends meet. it comes down to whichever candidate can lie the best about their experience, and then the client wonders why the site always turns out like trash because the actual skilled developers tend to be modest
