A joint resolution to require certifications regarding actions by Saudi Arabia in Yemen, and for other purposes. (S.J.Res. 58)

This bill would require investigations of Saudi Arabia's excessive harm to civillians in Yemen (causing a famine by blockade), and potentially block direct US aid to Saudi forces in this conflict. It's not much, but it at least made it out of committee .
