Okay, so the fact that I'm worried about what I should wear to see a new therapist today tells me that yes, I do need a therapist.
@danie yeah, I worry about that too. What if I look too put together and they think I'm more functional than I am? What if I'm not put together enough and they think I need the basics laid out like I'm new to this.
