My recipe
Generously butter a glass pie plate. Scatter cheese and/or meat and/or veg in the pie plate. Whisk together 1 1/3 cup cream, 6 or 7 large eggs, a generous half tsp salt and 10 turns off the pepper grinder (or to taste). Don't aerate while you're whisking. Pour the egg mix gently into the pie plate as well.
Cook 25-30 min in a 425 degree oven. When the top is all poofed up - even in the middle - and it's browning a bit, it's done. #recipes
