I make it almost every week.
Quiche is fast and easy, esp if you leave off the crust. It is a tasty breakfast or lunch or dinner and you can change the flavors a lot. It's pretty cheap to make. You can make at least 2 at once in a normal sized oven. It freezes well. It uses up bits of cheese and leftover veg and that bacon that's starting to be a bit questionable.
And it totally saves me when I'm having lots of migraines and am too sick/tired/busy to cook. #cooking
