Ah wonderful, an attack of super low self-esteem and insomnia to correspond with husband leaving for a weekend vacation without me and missing my triathlon because he planned this trip well before I even decided to do the tri.
Time to convince my inner demons that people DO actually like me and care about me on very little sleep.
