@hfrazey I use a recipe adapted from https://www.tasteofhome.com/recipes/basic-homemade-bread
When I'm making a filled loaf, I combine 2 cups of whatever fillings sound good (but it should be fairly dry stuff, not 2 cups of tomato sauce!).
Roll out half of the dough to about 16x10", spread the filling evenly. Roll it up, fold the ends under, and put in the greased loaf pan for the second rising.
