@Zoonie I have finished the series and agree with your assessment!
I would have preferred to see some storylines cut (Mars) and the main plotline made a bit more exciting.
@stoof sadly, personal review is: great potential; too few episodes so nothing pursued to any great depth and too much squished in. She's great in it though. So is Nicola Walker (the priest) but the role wastes her talents a bit if you ask me.
