I'm on a restricted diet and it's making me very grumpy. Like, it's affecting how my brain works.
I can only eat simple carbs and highly processed foods. No fibre: so no seeds, no legumes, no nuts, no veggies, no fruit, no brown rice. Also: no acidic anything, no caffeine, no spices, no milk. Ahh!
After Friday I can resume eating fibre and milk. Can't wait!
