@KnotKnormal Yeah, training this new guy who has never done anything in retail or food service has made me realize just how much I take for granted. Maine was going through the steps to hummus, and I didn't even think of the things I do that he's describing. I just do them. And if you break down anything for a new person, you see so many details you forget, most of the time. It's quite fascinating to me right now.

Speaking of Pride, I didn't feel it much this year. My fear and anxiety was too high. The bigots are emboldened around here. I'm single, so I am keeping my attractions to myself. Maybe next year...

When someone breaks down the details of the steps to do something I do without thinking about, I realize I have a lot of skills that I forget I have.

I can't unravel myself from the political sphere. I need to. I can't. It's become impossible. People keep telling me to shut things down. How? This is happening. I can't shut it out.

That last boost I made? At work, we had plants in the lobby and people constantly threw trash in them. I hate people.

I need some major motivation and to get a little steel in my spine to apply for a better place to live. I'm going to do it. Tomorrow. I am.

Because of my own issues with suicide, I've avoided 13 reasons why. Kid's school sent a psych warning about not letting kids with issues watch it unattended. I don't think I'm going to ever be able to watch it, myself, let alone my kids!
