My issue with CWs is that you are deciding for yourself what others should consider "sensitive" content. The trouble with that fir me is there are some people who are sensitive about really niche things. I understand putting a CW on NSFW media; because that could get you in trouble at work. But putting CWs on anything else is a bit over-the-top for me. I just saw someone asking for CWs on holiday posts because it makes that person sad... Seems a bit much for me! 😅

"If for one minute you think you're better than a sixteen year old girl in a Green Day t-shirt, you are sorely mistaken. Remember the first time you went to a show and saw your favorite band. You wore their shirt, and sang every word. You didn't know anything about scene politics, haircuts, or what was cool. All you knew was that this music made you feel different from anyone you shared a locker with. Someone finally understood you. This is what music is about." -Gerard Way

Happy #Easter everyone! 🐣🐇

@danhunsaker I think the black/white analogy refers to day (light/white) and night (darkness/black), not skin colours. Night and darkness has been a source of fear in times, where artificial light was virtually absent.
@elsander I hope it isn't anything serious. Get well soon!
@paco Looks delicious. I wonder whether you could post the recipe, please?
@22 the craft of programming is a cosmos of choices. It's always exciting to learn how other developers solve problems.

@22 What's the benefit? I generally use static typed languages for system programming, if performance matters. If performance is neglectable I use a programmer-friendly (dynamic typed) language. Why would I expose myself to the hassle of static typing, if the code finally gets translated to something closer to natural language?
