Grape Syrup

½ kg white grapes :grapes: (preferably Riesling or Chardonnay)
¼ kg sugar
¼ kg water

In a saucepan, smash the grapes into the sugar with a muddler, then add water. Heat on low and stir until the sugar is dissolved. Remove from the heat and let sit for 30 minutes. Strain, bottle and store in the fridge for up to one month.
