Fried Anchovies

16 anchovies (gilled)
Flour
2 eggs
Frying oil
Breadcrumbs

Wash the anchovies and dredge them in flour, then whisked egg, then breadcrumbs. Heat the oil in a pan over medium-high heat and fry the breaded anchovies until golden. Remove from the pan, drain on paper towels and arrange on a platter with lemmon wheels.
