@starbreaker I did this too, haven’t missed it and nobody has asked me about it. I’m still hanging around FB messenger because of a few friends who refuse to use another tool, which isn’t ideal, though.
I deactivated but need Scrabble so not sure how to proceed.

@generica @starbreaker It’s too bad I recently deleted Words With Friends or I would have challenged you. :-) Got burnt out on it though, and heard it was data mining.
That would be fun! Eventually there will be an open source alternative.

You think you nuked it but all the data is still on their servers. But after my account got suspended I have no regrets not reactivating it
@catdad I know it's supposed to linger for up to 14 days, and after that I only have their word for it. But as long as my account is inaccessible to everybody and they don't send me email, I'm content.
@starbreaker Good luck, I haven't looked back in two years, with a year hiatus before that 2010-2011, but started again as I moved to a foreign country for a while
@starbreaker I've been without for several years now. Took me a few weeks to finally do it, but once I did I've never looked back and it feels great.
