It would, but if the character for whom I created it were also a physician, I'd get even more people asking if he's a ripoff of Buckaroo Banzai than I already do.
In my Starbreaker setting, it's the emblem of the Adversaries, the Phoenix Society's corps of civil liberties defense agents. The sword and scales are supposed to be those of justice, while the serpents are were supposed to be the rattlesnakes of liberty. The roses were the artist's addition.
