@starbreaker I can confirm. Most of our IT team is burned out. We are four that have just left the office at 20:30 today.

I currently do not feel burned out or have any desire for a union. Nevertheless there appears to be a lot of folks who feel otherwise.

How are we defining tech workers? I've met some pampered DBA's living a pretty good life.
