So I ended up staying up late last night to deploy a feature. One which the directors desperately needed by this morning. There are a fair few bugs in my code but that is what they get when they push you to deploy something before it’s ready.
Woke up late, pounded a coffee and now I need to uber to work so I’m not late. It’s going to be a long day.
@NeuroWinter Why are you doing this to yourself? You stayed up all night and are rushing to get to work, and what have these directors ever done for you to deserve such zeal?
@NeuroWinter No. They don't allow you to eat. They use your need to eat as a way to extract labor from you.
@starbreaker very true I guess I have this weird feeling of duty.
@starbreaker why do I do this? I am not sure I guess it’s a feeling of duty. They haven’t done much to deserve this but they do allow me to eat which is kinda nice I guess.
