Has mainstream gaming hit 'Battle Royale' mode fatigue? I know I hit it about 6 months ago.

There's something about it that just has its hooks in me. It's calming and zen-like.

Though maybe that comes with any game you spend that much time with. You this point where you just "feel" the game.

On the Switch 135+ hours. On PC another 100+ hours.

The video game I've played the most hours of my life: Binding of Isaac. That says a lot about me. I am ok with this.

My brain is more important.

Work can survive one day without me.

Taking a mental health day. I've been eating terribly and feeling bad and I need to reset before I go in again.

@Sir_Boops I feel like there should be a requirement that if you're still browsing on Netscape that you must be obligated to do so on Windows 98.

@MissSnarkerson Haha. Fair. And thanks for the kind words.

@KthulhuKat I'd imagine it's because some pharma company cozied up with the medical community to push this new more expensive product and money and lobbying and fuck everything.

@OchotonidKnight I missed out on the Wii and Wii U. For the most part, most of my console purchasing life has been centered on portable Nintendo products. So I've had Gameboy, DS, 3DS, and now Switch.

I've heard great things about XCX, hoping it'll come to Switch as a port, I've heard because of how successful XC2 was that they are leaning towards yes, so there's still hope.

It's been a stressful day. I have a feeling I'm going to make a poor food decision and buy fast-food on the way home. It's been THAT kind of a day. Let's see if I have the willpower to resist this.

I keep forgetting that I own Xenoblade 2 and I've played like .05% of that damn game, even though I was loving it. I got side-tracked. Ugh. TOO MANY GAMES.
