I'm angry at my friend for being distant but I know she's going through some really tough shit and I'm being a good person and giving her space and letting her know that I'm there should she want to reach out.

But I hate that I'm still annoyed and kind of angry because the selfish part of me is taking it personally, even though I know it's not in my control and not about me.

@MissSnarkerson Yup. And I'm enjoying it. I'll post to MetaProjects in a month or so, I want to build up some more posts. But it's tightly focused and it still lets me be creative, so I like it.

@art I'm glad to hear this, I'm going later this week and I'm excited. I feel like the Solo part might be the weakest element but I fully expect to love everything else, specifically Lando. :D

The theme and what I'm doing is pretty straight forward. So enjoy.

So I finally figured out my online art project (something I've been wanting to do all year) but I was not happy with the custom domain name, so I paid for another. Because I'm that kind of crazy and as I'm wanting to really commit to this project, I need the theme of my project to reflect the domain name and vice versa.

My work is very much impacted by GDPR and I'd say that about 70% of our back end systems are broken because the developers did some stupid coding shit they needed to do to accommodate the GDPR implementation and it's completely fucked my ability to help customers.

Ugh.

@Siphonay And good that your friend was able to help him out with replacing that stolen device.

I hate how much we depend on these devices but it's hard to live without them.

I log into Twitter about once a week now. And I find myself even dreading that.

There's just too much sadness, anxiety, and bad news on that site. I know it's driven by the accounts I follow.

All the more reason why I avoid NEWS/MEDIA on Masto. I'm here for you people. You tooters. That human connection. You make this place a good place.
