It's been a bad mental health week. I think I'm going to completely delete Twitter soon and I'll also be checking out of Mastodon (even though it's not toxic here) for a week or so.

Mostly my brain is just bad at processing so much information and there have been two recent high-profile suicides. It's just hitting me hard.
