I used to care about Operating Systems, a lot. But there are too many of them. So many Linux based OSes, several BSD OSes, Windows, macOS, other niche OSes... Whenever I hear someone say "oh, you use $X..." or something similar in a disparaging manner... I just don't understand why you care what other people do.

Apparently when I was five I really wanted to go to school so I could learn to read. Then I did that and was done with school. My mom says that once I learned to read I pretty much stopped caring about my formal education.
