@vantablack I'm sorry about your ridiculous situation, I don't have words for the US health insurance system...
Even if moving to a different continent takes resources, it could help you. Sweden is a good choice, Swedish isn't that hard to learn either. I'm betting the Nordic drug laws are changing. Some things, like English, are definitely easier there than in for instance Germany.
