Trying to get an instance up again in a non-docker setting. Getting angry tantrum elephant. lsof -i doesn't show port 4000 open. journalctl -u mastodon-streaming.service shows massive numbers of startup and quits like:

Nov 14 10:33:12 ganesha npm[22214]: info Starting worker 302
Nov 14 10:33:12 ganesha npm[22214]: info Worker 302 now listening on :::4000
Nov 14 10:33:12 ganesha npm[22214]: info Worker 302 exiting, bye bye

Thoughts? Maybe I just need to use docker
